Dustin Smith f2ddcaa83f sys-power/system76-power: bump 1.2.4 -> 1.2.8, drop 1.2.1-r2 
system76-power was failing to compile due to the
`dependency-on-unit-never-type-fallback` lint that became
deny-by-default in Rust 1.92.0 [1]. It was fixed upstream in 1.2.8 [2].
1.2.1-r2 suffers from the same issue; I assume it's better to drop it
entirely rather than backport a linter fix, but please correct me if I'm
wrong.

Dustin Smith b8bcc4f417 games-util/r2modman-bin: fix/add missing files to QA_PREBUILT 
chrome_crashpad_handler and libvulkan.so.1 are precompiled and come from
the upstream tarball, so add them to QA_PREBUILT. This was changed
upstream sometime between 3.1.51 (the last version that was packaged in
::guru) and 3.2.18 (now): libvulkan.so.1 was just libvulkan.so, and
chrome_crashpad_handler didn't exist at all.

Dustin Smith 5cf4d643eb www-apps/zola: always build manpages, regardless of release profile 
Upstream, zola doesn't build manpages for debug builds [1]. Since
USE="debug" creates a debug build, the ebuild would throw an error
because it couldn't find any manpages to install. This commit provides a
patch that removes the check seen in [1], ensuring the manpages are
always available.

Patrick J. Taylor eb8e7a519c sci-chemistry/xcrysden: manage OpenGL accumulation buffer at runtime 
The previous revision of this ebuild applied a patch to prevent Togl
from requesting an OpenGL accumulation buffer when XCrySDen is launched,
which can cause crashes when running under XWayland. Unfortunately, it
turns out that this also disables antialiasing, which is clearly not
desirable when running under X11 if this fix is not strictly
necessary. The new patch ensures that we only disable the accumulation
buffer (at runtime) if we are more or less certainly running within a
Wayland session.
