Greg Lamberson 7299af2062 sys-boot/lamboot: address review comments 
Correct the copyright header (Gentoo Authors + GPL-2), require Python 3.12+
(3.12-3.15), drop the redundant S=, move source preparation into src_prepare,
drop the docs existence check, and stop installing the MIT/Apache-2.0 license
texts (they are already in Gentoo's license tree).

Greg Lamberson d03b63516a sys-boot/lamboot: correct metadata to GURU maintainer convention 
Use the plain <maintainer type=person> greg@lamco.io form the GURU overlay
uses (matching net-misc/lamco-rdp-server); drop the main-tree proxy-maint
structure, which has no role in GURU.

Memory-safe UEFI bootloader (Rust), prebuilt Secure Boot-signed -bin.
Build-tested on gentoo-stage3 (pkgcheck rc=0, emerge OK).
