Huang Rui 0c7548a917 app-containers/amd-container-toolkit: drop deprecated EGO_SUM ...

- replace EGO_SUM with pre-built deps tarball from vowstar-overlay-dist
- set GOMODCACHE/GOFLAGS in src_compile to use the unpacked cache
