One of the bundled crates specifies rust-version="1.88.0" in its Cargo.toml, which the cargo eclass QA check requires RUST_MIN_VER to match. Bumping to 1.88.0 silences the QA notice and ensures portage selects a sufficient Rust slot. Drop older 1.3.10 and 1.3.10-r1 ebuilds; both shipped the obsolete 1.75.0 value.
