The NuGet v2 and v3 APIs fetch "BouncyCastle.Cryptography" as expected, but the v3-flatcontainer API only finds "bouncycastle.cryptography". I'm not entirely sure when this changed or why (since the original download worked), but the all-lowercase name works fine. Signed-off-by: Itai Ferber <itai@itaiferber.net>
