295f6f8eb9 gui-wm/river: drop unnecessary definition of src_unpack() 
Since zig_src_unpack() is an exported phase function of zig.eclass, so
there is no need to explictily define src_unpack() (if no other
inherited eclass also exports src_unpack(), which is not the case for
this ebuild).

1d7c85e619 sys-kernel/zenpower3-0.2.0: Swap to working upstream 
So, probably wasn't the best idea to just drop 0.2.0 and add a 9999 ebuild. Im a little rusty. Anyway, I found a working upstream that can be used.

e8182c5247 sys-kernel/zenpower3: add 9999 package 
The upstream used in the versioned zenpower3 package is dead. The best fix would be to fallback to live, and use the original upstream (0.2.0 was using a fork of zenpower).

unrelated with LTO for now.

ff216e67be gui-apps/ironbar: New USE flag: notifications 
Was installed unconditionally previously, but I just found out that it
depends on gui-apps/swaync and doesn't work without this package.
Since gui-apps/swaync package needs it's own config, the feature is not enabled by
default.
