profiles: Remove >=gnome-extra/extension-manager-0.4.0 mask

A 0.4.1 ebuild that get rids of sys-libs/libbacktrace dependency through
a patch has been added to replace the masked versions, which can be
dropped immediately, obsoleting the mask.
