openaudible appears to recognize ffmpeg installations in PATH, but I can't get it to reliably use that. Instead it keeps loosing ffmpeg functionality. If instead we trick openaudible into thinking the system ffmpeg is it's own binary by putting a softlink in the bin-dir, it's perfectly happy to work with that.
