* Add hex source itself to `SRC_URI`
    + Cannot compile without this.
* Use consistent `DESCRIPTION` among older versions
    + There seems no reasons to change.
* Loosen license
    + `Apache-2.0 OR MIT` crates are already covered by accepting `MIT`.
* Install `README.md` document
    + This file contains useful CLI option examples.
