- Empty CFG_CXXFLAGS_OPT/DBG and CFG_LDFLAGS_DBG so user CXXFLAGS wins. - Strip -Os/-O0 from verilated.mk, driver.py, examples for full QA silence. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/975970 Signed-off-by: Huang Rui <vowstar@gmail.com>
