Patrick J. Taylor b4bf60ec01 sci-chemistry/vesta: rename from sci-chemistry/vesta-bin ...

VESTA is closed source software and as such can only be obtained as a
binary. The previous "-bin" suffix is therefore somewhat misleading
in that it implies the existence of a build-from-source option, hence
dropping it here.
