This also lifts the dependency constraint <urlib-2. As far as I can tell, upstream previously pinned urlib to <urlib-2, but this is now no longer the case. And this seemed to be done by upstream to support older Python versions. Signed-off-by: Florian Schmaus <flow@gentoo.org>
