Eric Joldasov de6b8018d0 dev-zig/zls: add 0.10.0-r2 ...

* Now bundles data for 0.10.1 since this is the only 0.10 Zig version
  in "::gentoo".
* Data part is separated from patch and moved to distfiles, thus
  avoiding SizeViolation error in this revision.
