The official release of soupault updated the URI scheme for arm64 from 'aarch64' to 'arm64'; the URI change was applied locally when producing the Manifest for this update, but somehow didn't make it into the update commit itself. Signed-off-by: Itai Ferber <itai@itaiferber.net>
