7ad1cea239 app-misc/metetch, app-misc/gentoo-update: improve ebuild quality 
app-misc/metetch:
- Update metadata.xml: add longdescription, use https DTD
- Fix ebuild: correct dependency order, remove redundant src_configure
- Improve formatting and follow Gentoo style guidelines

app-misc/gentoo-update:
- Remove non-existent cpp-base dependency
- Add proper eclasses: desktop, shell-completion, xdg
- Use proper eclass functions for shell completions, desktop files, systemd units
- Fix dependency order and add BDEPEND for virtual/pkgconfig
- Use newinitd for OpenRC service installation
- Update metadata.xml: remove proxy-maint, use https DTD
- Fix trailing whitespace and add final newline
- Simplify pkg_postinst messages per reviewer feedback

- Update metadata.xml DOCTYPE to https
- Use proper indentation (tabs)
- Consolidate USE flags to single 'gui' flag
- Simplify longdescription
- Remove redundant dependencies (glibc)
- Sort dependencies alphabetically
- Remove empty IUSE declarations
- Clean up metadata formatting

- Use GPL-2 license header (Gentoo standard)
- Add proper SRC_URI with distfile naming
- Remove non-existent cpp-base dependency
- Consolidate to single 'gui' USE flag
- Use proper systemd and bash-completion eclasses
- Fix desktop file installation with domenu
- Use newinitd for OpenRC service
- Support both init systems without USE flag
- Fix config path inconsistency
- Simplify pkg_postinst messages
