df15112820 games-util/mangohud: fix spdlog dep 
spdlog explicitly describes itself as header-only,
so we don't need the MULTILIB_USEDEP (which is causing
CI to fail)

The imgui dependency that is bundled in GURU needs some work
before it can be used as a dependency, bundle it for now
