970214afff metadata/pkgcheck.conf: disable some checks 
UnstableOnlyCheck and RedundantVersionCheck are useless as the
regulations state:

> 4. Packages in GURU are to have ~arch keywords.
> Stable keywords must not be used

335f688cb9 profiles/*: disable per profile masking in an overlay 
Currently this breaks pkgcheck/pkgdev and does not
work with pkgcore.

Mask systemd-swap on all profiles as a temporarily
workaround
