Framework Computer Inc has launched the Framework Desktop line, and upstream has added support for Framework Desktop to this package, so this package is no longer just for laptops. Because 'framework_tool' has functionality related to not just power management but also other hardware components (e.g., privacy switches for webcam and microphone, Expansion Card firmware upgrade), the more generic 'sys-apps' category seems more suitable than 'sys-power'.
