libavif is a library to work with .AVIF files.
In order to save AVIF file you need one
of the following live ebuilds:
media-libs/libaom-9999
media-video/rav1e-9999
Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.89, Repoman-2.3.20
RepoMan-Options: --force
