b31c38ec40 dev-libs/xrt-xdna: fix 999999 
The solution is still ugly and requires manual update of VTD_HASH,
which breaks bisecting with EGIT_OVERRIDE_* variables for large periods.

If needed in the future, `RESTRICT="network-sandbox"` could be added,
for now let's just update hash one more time.
