plasma5-wallpapers-dynamic is wallpaper plugin for KDE Plasma 5,
allowing you to import and use dynamic wallpapers,
setting the wallpaper based on the time of day.
Command line tools are provided to import heic wallpapers
and package custom wallpapers.
