This USE flag enables the DDS (Data Distribution Service).

An additional binary 'ya' will be compiled/installed.
It's not installed by default by upstream, that's why I don't install it
unconditionally but rather with a USE flag. May change in the future.

No revbump because the readme is a minor addition
that was not even present in the latest version anyway.
The mistake is only live for a few hours.
No need to recompile the entire package for this.

Also: added .desktop, installing shell completions.
Not installing logo, it has a non-compliant size.
Will create an upstream bug.
