Itai Ferber	dd1915f154	www-apps/forgejo: add 12.0.4, drop 13.0.2 ... Reverts 74983872c as migration from Forgejo 12.x -> 13.x may require non-trivial migration steps for users, and the ebuild may require a bit more care to update satisfactorily. Forgejo 12.0.4 does not actually have any security issues at the moment, so it's safe to leave available (even if it's unsupported upstream).
