bakedsnake 3881191b2c dev-python/pipdeptree: update ignored flags 
Updates ignored flags list to include for  all  the
python versions available.
Tests were failing with python3.12, which has since
been removed in 59f98117e4
so  the  issue  for  that   can   be   close   too.

bakedsnake 0160258a6c dev-python/pipdeptree: add QA ignored flags 
Adds  QA_FLAGS_IGNORED	list,  and   adds   missing
running dependencies that are also causing tests to
fail.

bakedsnake c8beba3a3c dev-python/pipdeptree: drop unused patch 
A patch was used for developing  this  ebuild,	but
was removed as it was not required.  I	missed	the
variable so it's removed now.
