This commit updates the patch for wdisplays-1.0 and updates the revision
number, since the patch solves a runtime issue.
This commit also cleans the ebuilds a bit.

Upstream timestamps their tarballs, which makes it impossible to
validate them. This is why every ebuild is now a live ebuild.

Turns out that the liks that were used were incorrectly generated
packages (autogenerated by github, without pulling in submodules)
This has since been fixed by upstream including a note to
not download the incorrectly tagged tar.gz packages
