dev-libs/gbinder: Misc fixes

Browse Source 
- Remove unnecessary src_test() (the default function already runs
  emake test/check)
- Support Gentoo Prefix
- Style fixes
- Remove empty IUSE
- Apply user patches after ebuild sed-patches
