dev-python/dockerflow: restore correct redis shutdown in test

After introducing <(redis-server || die) in
commit c5006e42be, the $! value after the exec
command does not match the PID of redis-server and therefore the Redis server
will not get shut down using the kill command later in the test. Since the
test will fail anyway when it does not read the expected output line from
the redis-server command, let's omit the || die here again.
