media-gfx/zw3d: drop unused dev-util/bbe BDEPEND

- 2026 binaries no longer hardcode the NotoSansCJK font path; they
  look the font up by name via fontconfig, so the bbe binary-patch
  workflow (already commented out earlier) has no remaining use.
