dev-crystal/spectator: add 0.12.1, drop 0.11.6

Browse Source 
Split 'spec/spectator/mocks' category to reduce RAM usage.
DSL tests still fail.

Closing bug #883819 because it hasn't been reproduced by CI or locally
for a number of new releases.
